Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all locations within the United States only.

Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of $20 is applied to all orders, regardless of weight or size.
  • Shipping charges are taxable.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed after 4 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Transit Time

  • Delivery takes approximately 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing.

Total Delivery Time

  • The estimated total delivery time is 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday).

Cancellation Process

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Here’s how you can do so:

  1. Before Shipment:
    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them by emailing support@gymforge.store with your order details.
    • If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
  2. After Shipment:
    • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can initiate a return once the product is delivered.
    • Shipping charges for returns will apply.

Incorrect Address

Providing the correct shipping address is crucial for timely delivery.

  1. Address Changes Before Shipment:
    • If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at support@gymforge.store immediately.
    • Address corrections can only be made before the order has been processed for shipping.
  2. Incorrect Address After Shipment:
    • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you via email.
    • You can choose to:
      • Reship the item: Additional shipping charges will apply.
      • Request a refund: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  3. Undeliverable Packages:
    • For packages deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of delivery, we will assist you in resolving the issue.
