Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The product must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged items that are not due to manufacturing defects.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards or store credits.
  • Customized or personalized products.

Process for Returns

  2. Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and labels.
  3. Inspection: Once the item is received, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility.

Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged if they meet the return criteria.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after successful inspection of the returned product.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) and returned via the original payment method.
