Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged items that are not due to manufacturing defects.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards or store credits.

Process for Returns

- Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and labels.
- Inspection: Once the item is received, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility.
Exchanges
- Items can be exchanged if they meet the return criteria.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued after successful inspection of the returned product.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) and returned via the original payment method.
